Last week, we had the privilege of delivering an advanced clinical training session on hashtag#VibramoovPRO at Aster Al Raffah Hospitals & Clinics Oman in Muscat â a key reference centre for neurorehabilitation in the GCC region. đ âCombination of focal vibration therapy and botulinum toxin injections to treat equinus gait in a child with unilateral spastic cerebral palsy â Case Report.â
His contribution illustrated how combining focal vibration with botulinum toxin can help modulate spasticity and improve gait in children with cerebral palsy â reinforcing the value of sensory-motor approaches in advancing pediatric rehabilitation.
